Alive Again, In Every Sense of the Word
You Don’t Need to Push Through Anymore
I help women who are overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly struggling, especially those living with invisible health conditions, rediscover the energy, confidence, and balance they deserve.
Because real confidence and energy don’t come from doing more – they come from feeling whole again.
My coaching is client-led, compassionate, and grounded in real life.
That means no dramatic overhauls, no toxic positivity, and absolutely no pressure to give up the things you love (I’m not a gym bunny, I still eat pizza, and I always cry at rom-coms). Instead, we work together to find small, practical shifts that create big, lasting change – in your confidence, your wellbeing, and your everyday energy.
This passion comes from lived experience. After years spent caring for others, I became so unwell that I spent my days in bed, in pain, sleeping my life away. I was alive, but I wasn’t living. So I made myself a promise: I would never give up on feeling well again. That promise led me to become a certified fibromyalgia coach,
a qualified life coach through the Jay Shetty School of Coaching, a trained mindfulness and meditation teacher, and a Law of Attraction guide – a world away from my old career in financial services.
But it brought me back to life.

Now, I’m free from constant pain, depression, and exhaustion.
I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help you uncover the clarity, resilience and confidence that already lives inside you – and to gently guide you back to a life that feels light again. I have more energy than I’ve had in twenty years. And more importantly, I’ve found a life that feels peaceful, balanced, and true to who I really am.
That’s what I want for you, too.
My coaching approach is always client-led. I’m not a health professional or a guru. Instead, I’m like a dog with a bone when it comes to helping women unearth the answers to their life’s challenges. The secret is, they already hold those answers; I’m here to guide them through powerful, thought-provoking questions -those we might shy away from, or perhaps haven’t even thought of.
And when I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with my family and our four-legged friend, Bailey, or with friends at the theatre or a good comedy show, laughter is, of course, the best medicine after all.
